Service Description

Getting all the benefits of the infrared sauna but in a private room, laying on a table in a sauna blanket. Burn up to 600 calories an hour with the infrared heat therapy, raise your metabolism, help recover from workouts/sore muscles, improve circulation, help reduce inflammation, reducing joint pain, helping with arthritis and even helping with mood. Can be added on to any massage/service for 30 or 60 minutes.

Cancellation Policy

24 hours notice required with any cancellations or changes made to appointment. A 50% fee is charged for any cancellations within the 24 hour period and full payment of service due for any no shows.
