A postural assessment going over the entire body to see what yoga poses will best help correct improper alignment. Book this with your first private yoga session with your therapist for best results.

Cancellation Policy

24 hours notice required with any cancellations or changes made to appointment. A 50% fee is charged for any cancellations within the 24 hour period and full payment of service due for any no shows.
