Frequently Asked Questions

Policy on Pricing - The price you see is the price you pay no matter what; meaning that any of the massage modalities we offer is priced the same. We also include upgrades such as - aromatherapy, cupping, hot stones, etc. Some spas that you go to you'll notice you thought you'd be paying a certain amount, but after customizing your treatment you find you're paying $50 more. We don't believe in this, so what you schedule is what you'll pay for. We also offer full sessions of 60, 90, or 120 minutes - meaning you won't be scheduling an hour-long massage but only really getting 45 minutes (between therapist intake, getting dressed/undressed, clean up time, etc. We believe in giving your body and mind the full time you're scheduled for. Our clean-up time is scheduled on our own time, not yours!

Policy on No-Shows and Cancelations - We run a tight schedule and love to make sure each client has the appropriate time to heal. If you are late, don't show or cancel, then we cannot get you in that day, and you will need to rebook your appointment. Contacting us in advance notice will allow us to make the process that much easier.
